How much do you charge for postage and packing?
Airsport Direct Limited currently charges a standard rate of £3.95 for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and the Shetland Islands are subject to a surcharge of £17.95.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes. For the security of your parcel, when delivered a signature will be required by yourself or an authorized person. This will enable us to obtain proof that your parcel has been delivered.
I am currently living abroad, will you deliver outside of the UK?
We do deliver outside of the UK and review all overseas orders on an individual basis. Postage and packaging costs will vary for overseas orders depending on the weight of the shipment. Due to the nature of the products available on our website, not all overseas orders can be honoured. If you wish to place an order for delivery overseas, please call us on 0870 243 2074.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase, do you offer a product guarantee?
Yes. Airsport Direct Limited offers a no hassle, 7 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will fully refund the purchase value of any item(s) ordered, within 7 days of receipt of the order. For us to refund any purchase, items must be returned in the same condition as when first received.
Airsport Direct Limited will only provide refunds to the credit/debit card on which the original purchase was made. This process may take up to 7 days.
How old do I have to be to order from Airsport Direct?
Airsport Direct Limited will not sell any products to individuals under the age of 18 and may request proof of age, before the despatch of any order.
I'm going to enter one of your competitions. Will my personal details be given to anybody else?
No. Airsport Direct Limited will not pass on any personal information, other than for the reasons outlined in our Privacy Policy, located in our Terms and Conditions.
I would like to place an order with you, but I do not have a credit card. Can I order any other way?
Yes. You may order by using a Cheque or Postal order. Please make payable to “Airsport Direct Ltd”.
Do I need a licence to own an Airgun?
